We DO NOT Accept Medicaid Or HMO Insurances
Chances are we work with your dental insurance company. Below is a list of dental insurance providers we frequently work with, but we also work with many other PPO dental insurances.
Not sure if we work with your dental insurance? We understand you have better things to do than try and navigate the insurance system, so we’ll do that for you. Please call us with your insurance information so that we can verify your plan details and the benefits that you’re entitled to.
No insurance? Don’t worry! For those without dental insurance, we offer an in-office alternative. Our True Care Prevention Plan is a member-based savings plan that provides you with deep discounts for staying healthy and showing up to your appointments! And if you ever have a dental emergency, your exam and x-rays are completely free!
Here are the major dental insurance companies we currently work with:
Guardian Dental PPO, Aetna Dental PPO, Humana Dental PPO, Renaissance Dental PPO, United Healthcare Dental PPO, Delta Dental PPO, Cigna Dental PPO, Ameritas Dental, PPO, MetLife Dental PPO, TriCare Dental PPO, United Concordia Dental PPO, Principal Dental PPO, and Sun Life Dental PPO.
PPO & You:
Out-of-pocket dental care costs can get pricey – especially when emergency dental services and tooth repairs are needed in addition to the expected regular cleaning and maintenance. This is why Parkview Dental is proud to be considered a PPO. A PPO is a Preferred Provider Option and it allows us to take PPO insurance, which helps lower the cost of dental services for you.
Your PPO plan lists preferred providers which will take your dental insurance and provide you quality dental care at reduced rates. When you purchase the plan, you can decide which listed dentist in your area is best for you—and we hope you choose us!
Why A PPO Dentist?
A PPO dentist allows the patient to control how money is spent each year on dental services by using their PPO dental insurance. PPO dentists have met all of the care requirements as directed by the insurance company, and all PPO dentists on your plan have agreed to accept the insurance’s contracted fees.
How To Find A PPO Dentist:
PPO dentists are listed on your dental plan’s website under the heading of “preferred providers” after you choose your specific dental insurance type. If you have questions, you can contact your plan’s administrator.
Why A PPO?
Selecting a PPO dentist provides you the opportunity to help you save money on your family’s dental care. In addition, most plans cover emergency dental care—so you can focus on what is really important in an emergency!
How Do I Get PPO Dental Plans?
Many PPO dental plans are offered through employers, however they can also be purchased by anyone who would like one, even if your employer does not offer a PPO. Plans are available as individual plans and whole family plans, depending on what best meets your needs.
What Are The Costs?
There are several PPO dental plans to choose from, and all are designed to save you money and contain cost of services. Many of these plans will require a monthly fee, and then a deductible, which is the amount you pay out-of-pocket. Additionally, you may be required to pay a copayment at the time of the dental service. Your plan administrator can inform you of your specific obligation before you commit to the PPO insurance.
Does A PPO Plan Cover Emergency Dental Services?
Most PPO plans cover emergency dental needs at the dental office. Plans do vary, so check your contract or discuss with your plan representative.
